1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across the UAE. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees
Free shipping on orders above AED 250.

A shipping charge of AED 30 applies to orders below AED 250.

Express and same-day delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can track your order using the provided link.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service.

COD charge is AED 5, which will be added to the total order amount.
